Jack Botsford
Artist's Statement:
My Goal is to observe and communicate scenes which I think are beautiful or interesting. These are often details from nature and I prefer to begin with a pencil or pen and ink sketch. I am drawn to printmaking because of the mystery or serendipity which the translation into a print often brings to the process. I select the printmaking medium which I think fits the nature of the image and proceed from there.
